Are your stones certified?+
Every diamond and coloured stone above 0.3ct ships with independent certification (GIA or IGI), and we're happy to show the report before you buy.
Do you offer bespoke design?+
Yes — bring a sketch, an old piece to reset, or just an idea. Most custom commissions take 3–5 weeks depending on complexity.
Can I book a private viewing?+
Always. Message us on WhatsApp with a preferred time and we'll set aside a consultant and a quiet room.
Do you buy back or exchange gold?+
We offer gold exchange on 22k and 18k pieces at the day's rate, and store credit toward any new commission.
Is resizing included?+
The first resizing is complimentary within 6 months of purchase for rings and bracelets.
Do you ship outside Colombo?+
Yes, insured courier delivery is available island-wide, and internationally on request.
